That’s why we’ve created Handy Servants, a volunteer-driven program that provides help to those in need of home repairs and maintenance. Whether it’s fixing a leaky faucet, painting a room, or tackling yard work, our team is here to lend a helping hand.
How It Works
Handy Servants is made up of skilled and willing volunteers from our congregation who are passionate about serving others through their talents. Our team offers assistance with basic home repairs and maintenance tasks for those who may not be able to manage the work themselves—whether due to physical limitations, financial challenges, or other circumstances.
If you or someone you know could benefit from this service, we’re here to help! All requests are considered on a case-by-case basis, and we work to match the need with one of our volunteers who can assist.
What We Can Help With
Our Handy Servants are experienced in a variety of tasks, including:
- Basic plumbing repairs (leaky faucets, clogged drains, etc.)
- Electrical fixes (changing light fixtures, outlets, etc.)
- Yard work (mowing, trimming, planting)
- Interior and exterior painting
- Minor carpentry (repairing doors, shelves, furniture)
- Household maintenance (cleaning gutters, window repairs)
